Description

Nikhil has a diagnosis of Duchene Muscular Dystrophy (DMD Exon 44 Deletion) and Autism spectrum disorder. He is currently ambulatory and gets regular physical therapies, but there is a high risk of increased muscle damage as he grows older due to the progressive nature of the disease that directly affects his ability to ambulate. Neurologist and physical therapist have strongly recommended the use of an Amtryke Adaptive tricycle.
