Mateo is a determined 2-year-old who works incredibly hard in his therapy sessions at TCH Austin. Mateo lives with EBF3-NDD, a neurological disorder that causes hypotonia and instability, affecting his body awareness and activity tolerance. Despite these challenges, his progress has been amazing—moving from being unable to propel a bike at all to now only needing assistance with steering! An Amtryke would be a game-changer for Mateo, providing him with the independence to engage in age-appropriate play and continue building his strength and coordination. With his family’s incredible dedication to his progress, an Amtryke at home will surely lead to many wonderful memories and milestones.
